Macallan

From the famous Macallan distillery in Speyside, this legendary single malt whisky has been maturing for 12 years in American Oak barrels. The nose is creamy with notes of butterscotch and toffee apples with candied orange and vanilla custard. The palate opens with honeyed notes, woody spices, fresh citrus notes and raisin and caramel. To finish, warming notes of oak are present.

This release from Macallan Distillery has been maturing for 12 years exclusively in ex-sherry casks of both European and American oak. The nose offers up notes of vanilla, whilst the palate moves to notes of spice, fruit, and oak. The finish is long with sweet, dried fruits and spice.

This 15 year old whisky from the iconic Macallan distillery has been maturing in two sherry-seasoned types of casks, American and European oak. The nose has rich dried fruits, toffee, vanilla, and baked apple. To taste, the very soft and gentle palate has notes of sweet raisin and sultana with wood spice and citrus. The finish lingers with notes of ginger, caramel and citrus. A true classic of Speyside.

This special release from Macallan Distillery has been made in collaboration with artist Nini Sum, celebrating New Years memories. The aroma carries a scent of toasted oak, steamed rice and coconut milk pudding, citrus, vanilla, and oat biscuits, calling cards of rich American oak wood. Macallan's weighty spirit carries the flavours on the palate, with more dessert notes of vanilla and toasted coconut notes, decidedly summery, creamy and sweet.

The nose offers up notes of dried fruits, gentle ginger, and creamy toffee. The palate has rich notes of raisins and sultanas, along with vanilla, wood spice and citrus. The finish lingers with oak spice and sweet orange.

This special release from Macallan is the Macallan No.6. It has been bottled in the finest Lalique decanter. It is from first fill sherry seasoned oak casks from Spain and the casks have been handcrafted by master craftsmen of Jerez de la Frontera, with the casks being from a single cooperage to ensure quality. The nose starts out with juicy notes of raisin, dates and figs. Soft notes of ginger and cinnamon can also be found with sweetness from vanilla notes. The palate is rich and deep, with fruit cake, orange and ginger and hints of clove being found. The finish is long and full.
