What first hits you about the fresh and fragrant Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is the touch of pear in the nose, followed by a distinctive, well-balanced flavour of rich fruit, subtle pine and a hint of peatiness. Expect a satisfyingly long, lingering and rounded aftertaste. One of the most famous names in whisky and arguably the one that started it all.
One of the world's only farm to bottle whiskies, Kilchoman's 100% Islay has remained one of our most popular peated whiskies since its release 13 years ago. Made entirely from barley grown at Rockside farm where the distillery resides, this expression offers a more decliate and complex peat smoke, with fragrant and zesty citrus tones and malt-forward flavour. The aroma pulls you in with a crisp and fresh sea salt note, with banana bread and pear drop fruityness, tinged with sweet smoke. The palate is weighty, bringing the vanilla and caramel woody notes through, becoming buttery and honeyed, surrounded by grilled citrus smoke to the end.
This new expression from Kilchoman has seen their spirit fully matured in ex-Cognac casks from Tonellerie Bossuet (France). These casks impart a herbaceous, sweet and spicy character that balances against the robust peat smoke character of the whisky. The palate carries a toasted oakyness, with lush fruit laced with crystalised ginger warmth. A tang of citrus oil lifts through the smoke and sweet wood in the finish.
This is only the second time ex-Fino sherry casks have featured for Kilchoman, bringing about a crisp minerality and salt, offering contrast to the rich peaty tones of the distillery. The aroma of butterscotch sweetness and peated barley can be found to start, bringing a mouth-coating feeling that soon gives way to a nutty, meaty and salty combination - think of maple-syrup and salted, peat-smoked meats on a charcuterie board.
Kilchoman's much-anticipated annual release of Loch Gorm has arrived, bringing their famously sherry-cask matured smoky treat back to our shelves. Bottled from just 22 ex-Oloroso sherry casks, we are greeted with the aroma of cacao and smoky, leathery notes that surround tangy black cherries. The palate, moving between sweet roasted dark fruits, chocolate and hazelnuts, carries an ashy peat smoke flavour. The lasting impression is of peaty embers on a salty, Islay sea-breeze.
Fresh peat smoke mingles with a soft cooked stone fruit sweetness, with layers of smoke. On the palate there is a surge of tangy peat smoke and a vanilla pudding sweetness that leads to a sea-side, peppery smoke. The barley, oak and peat come together in harmony on the finish which is long and peaty. Consistently one of the best whiskies to come from Islay, made by the Wills family at Rockside farm.
This bundle includes two Glencairn Whisky Glasses, the most widely used speciality whisky glass in the world.
This is the first ever Kilchoman to be fully matured in sticky-sweet ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. These barrels impart their dark, fruity notes of sultanas and raisins, crammed full of sweetness that is balanced perfectly with a rounded peaty and citric quality Kilchoman is known for. High percentage chocolate comes through on the palate, with orange peel and spices (smoky paprika), lingering on lip-smacking sherry sweetness and burning peat.

The aroma is classic Kilchoman, with soft cooked fruits, full-bodied peat smoke with citrus notes and a lingering sweetness. A perfect balance of peat smoke and fruity sweetness, somewhere between Machir Bay and Loch Gorm.
A brand-new limited edition release from Kilchoman sees a small combination of casks married together, resulting in what the distillery are calling their "Small Batch". This batch, comprised of 20% ex-STR wine casks, 75% ex-bourbon and 5% ex-sherry produces an aroma that is initially classic Kilchoman, citrus-sweetness with warming peat smoke and rich, fruit-forward notes. A toasted oak flavour comes through with maritime peat and an abundance of spice and smoke.
The latest edition to the Kilchoman portfolio is a bramble (blackberry) liqueur, made with blackberries that have been macerated with malt whisky, honey and a healthy dose of Kilchoman's new spirit. On the nose the smoke is obvious, but softens on the palate where the fruitiness starts to shine with a. This is a distinctive liqueur that will really appeal to peat lovers

Batch 11 of GlenDronach's famed cask strength series is a classic recipe of fully matured ex-sherry (Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez) whisky, married together and bottled at natural cask strength. To start, the aroma is full of treacle and orange, with clove liqueur spices and nutty oak. On the palate, a classic note of treacle toffee and chocolate raisins, with cinnamon and maple notes through the finish, touched with a bit of Seville orange.

Rum distillers from Sancti Spiritus, near the Sierra del Escambray in the heart of Cuba, worked with Glenfiddich to develop this unique Cuban rum finish. Casks of Cuban rum are decanted at the distillery in Scotland and filled with 21 Year Old Glenfiddich to absorb the unique character lingering in the wood.
