Selected and bottled exlusively for the 2023 Hororata Highland Games, this single cask expression comes from the remote Ardnamurchan distillery on the West Coast of Scotland. Cask #372 was an ex -bourbon barrel filled with unpeated spirit, producing 258 bottles at a natural strength of 57.8%.

Nose: Coastal/ozone, vanilla/oak/toffee, overlays of lime.
Palate: notes of poached pear, sponge, creamy oatmeal, digestive biscuit, oak, with gentle spices.
Finish: The coastal tang lingers, with gentle seaweed salinity, full autumn fruits and cereal notes, long.
