Book A Sense of Place Dave Broom

Book A Sense of Place Dave Broom

Review by Michael Fraser Milne: I hand it to Dave, this is a tremendously quirky and interesting book, not about the dram itself but about the place and the people who contribute to it. The barley experts, the farmers, those who make glass, those who make whisky, new distilleries, old distilleries - mostly it is about the good folk that pull it all together, but they're all in there. Plus, the photography by Christina Kernohan is superb and I would say this is a must read for anyone who has a keen interest in Scotch and Scotland, 5 stars from me!
