This release from Firkin Whisky Co was distilled at Inchgower Distillery in 2010. It has been given a second maturation in their custom made double oak casks seasoned with Pedro Ximenez sherry. The nose opens with fresh and uplifting notes of dry grass and apple with juicy raisins. The palate moves to creamy and crisp notes which has notes of fruit cake and toffee. Fruity, fresh elegance.
