Chosen from a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, this Glen Garioch shows off the unique profile of this complex Highland make. Very much a dram to be sipped and savoured, this takes time to fully develop in the glass.

Nose: Porridge with honey, peach, gauze, saltwater taffy, salted stroopwaffel, grist.

Palate: Lemon, blueberry, cinnamon, golden syrup, roasted parsnip, scone with clotted cream, ginger biscuit.

Finish: Medium-bodied, effervescent.
