Glenburgie 'Gordon & MacPhail' 21 years old 46%

This rare expression from the little-known Glenburgie distillery in the north east of Scotland. Matured for 21 years in ex-sherry casks, there is a rich stewed fruit and roasted nut quality, with sprinnkles of brown sugar and cooked apple coming through on the palate. Warm cinnamon'd apple pie linger with spicy, drying charred oak.
