Matured and selected by the Hinch Distillery, this brand new 10 year old triple distilled whiskey has been matured in American oak before spending a final period of at least 6 more months in sherry casks from Jerez. Sweet, creamy and initially fruity with flavours of poached pears, the sherry casks introduce a warming Christmas spice and dried fruit character.
