This brand-new 21 year old whisky from Jura has been maturing in white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in virgin American white oak casks. The nose offers notes of caramel, fruit salad, smoked coconut and ginger. The palate has notes of macaroon, gingerbread and white chocolate. Sweet, smoky and spicy.
