This release from The New Zealand Whisky Collection has been distilled from malted New Zealand barley and aged in American ex-bourbon barrels for 5 years. The nose offers sweet notes of malted grain and honey, with uplifting notes of tangerine and mandarin. These notes develop into carmel and light citrus on the palate. The finish is long with soft spices.
