A 1999 Edradour single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads for a full 13 years then make it's way to being recasked into a pair of bold Bordeaux hogsheads. Fragrant aromas of barley sugars, freshly squeezed oranges and a jar of jelly beans fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey cornflakes, candied orange peel, Fry's chocolate Turkish Delight, a hint of white pepper and barley sugars spark character throughout the palate. A bold finish lingers on the tounge.
