Finished in a single ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask from the historic Highland Park distillery in the Orkney archipelago, this whisky evokes a scene of tropical fruits on a seashell beach. Papaya, pineapple and crystalised orange flavours are joined by a soft wood smoke, surrounded by a rich and sweet dried-fruit raisiny flavour. Luscious and silky to the end, lingering on heathery peat smoke.
