Irish Whiskey — Writer's Tears
Writer's Tears Irish Whiskey 40%
Writer's Tears is a unique vatting of single pot still and single malt irish whiskey, all of which was triple distilled. The tasting notes describe hints of apple, vanilla and honey with gentle spices and toasted oak flavours. A rather smart new arrival all the way from one of Ireland's award winning producers.
Writer's Tears Redhead 46%
The rather cheekily named 'Red Head' from Writer's Tears is a triple distilled Irish whiskey that has been matured in a selection of Oloroso sherry butts, giving the whisky a distinctive hue and richer and more full-bodied flavour.
